He has extensive marketing, advertising, and design experience in most major business categories and across international borders, from global brands to startups, IPOs, new product development, brand ID creation, as well as charity work and political change.
Peter appeared in Marketing Magazine’s ‘Power List’ of the most influential people in Canadian communications. For close to a decade he appeared in the top ten list of Strategy Magazine’s creative report card ranking of the best Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Writers, in all three categories at the same time. Often ranking first.
He’s received some 500 awards from among others, Cannes, Clios, the One Show, Facebook Studio Awards, New York Art Directors Club, London International, and Communication Arts. He’s also chaired and judged major international advertising awards schemes including being the first Canadian judge of The One Show.
His work has appeared in university textbooks, NBC’s and BBC’s ‘World’s Funniest Commercials’, and in the UK’s Campaign Magazine coffee table book, ‘The Signs of our Times’, in which a billboard he created was cited as one of history’s best.
Peter’s work was curator selected for the inaugural and permanent advertising collection of The Royal Ontario Museum and included in The Canadian Graphic Design History Project.
